Cancelling a ByteCare Tech service
- Before work starts: cancel any time at no charge. If you paid in advance, we refund you in full.
- During a session: you can end a remote session at any time. You'll only be charged for work already completed, as agreed before we started.
- Scheduled appointments: please let us know at least 2 hours before. There's no fee for cancelling or rescheduling.

Cancelling a PC Matic subscription
Your PC Matic subscription and automatic renewal are managed by PC Matic, Inc., not ByteCare Tech. To cancel or turn off auto-renewal, contact PC Matic directly through pcmatic.com. We can't cancel or change PC Matic subscriptions for you.
