Yes. With your permission, we can connect to your computer using a remote support tool while you watch. You can end the session at any time, and we never connect without you starting it.
Will you ever call me first or show a pop-up warning?
Never. We don't cold-call, and we never put warnings or pop-ups on your screen. If something claims your computer is infected and tells you to call a number, close it and read our scam safety page.
Does PC Matic work on Mac?
